By giving advice and taking action sooner rather than later with an emphasis on contract compliance and excellent records, our philosophy is very much one of prevention rather than cure. We know from our collective experience how much this approach prevents or certainly helps prevent formal dispute but, in a worst case scenario, also ensures Clients are well placed to prosecute or defend their position if absolutely necessary. We do however undertake a significant amount of adjudication work including Client advocacy, acting on either a party or single joint appointment basis as expert witnesses in arbitration and/or litigation.
