Formed in 1990, Pyments began life in a single room in the Old Silk Mills in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire. Continued growth over the years saw the company relocate to larger premises in Stratford-Upon-Avon before recently settling in a Georgian Manor set in its own grounds and known as Kinwarton House, Alcester, Warwickshire.

Pyments began by providing QS project and dispute resolution services to the M&E sector, predominately opposing Main Contractors. This inevitably led to instruction from many of the companies whom we had earlier opposed and our Client base today has broadened to encompass all areas of expertise.

We undertake varying commissions for prestigious ‘blue-chip’ construction Clients such as Balfour Beatty Group (Mansell), Bovis Lend Lease, Calthorpe Estates, Morgan Sindall, Skanska, Norwest Holst, BAM, Kier and Sisk as well as many premium sub-contractors, specialists and private clients both in the UK and overseas.

We also maintain a healthy standing in the dispute resolution sector working with construction litigators such as Wragge & Co, Pinsent Masons, Squire Sanders, Shoosmiths, Mills & Reeves and Keating Chambers amongst others.
